Përzieni që të formohet tretje e njëtrajtshme dhe lëreni të qëndrojë 10 – 15 minuta.

Në një enë të veçantë shtypni djathin dhe përzieni me kosin.

Një petë me ndihmën e brushës lyeni me tretjen e përgatitur me tharmë dhe miell, pastaj lyeni me shtesën nga djathi.

Mos e lyeni shtesën nëpër gjithë petën, por le të mbetet pranë një skaji, pastaj petën bëjeni role dhe mbështilleni në rreth. Bëni kështu edhe me petët e tjera.
